No Panic's Recovery Programmes & Support Services

As well as our 365-day-a-year helpline and 24-hour crisis message, we also offer individual and group services.

Disclaimer: While much of our help is CBT-focused, we are not Cognitive Behavioural Therapists. Our philosophy is one of self-help based on relaxation and the use of CBT strategies. And we believe that this offers the best chance of recovery when professional help is unattainable.

Before I spoke to you my travel anxiety controlled my life. I tried for years to get this fixed with several therapists and expensive psychotherapists but none of it worked. Thanks to you, my anxiety is now down to 10-15% on the odd occasion. I am now able to have family holidays with my children and grandchildren and create priceless memories. I have my life back.
