No Panic is proud to partner with Champs for Change delivering wellbeing workshops to businesses

No Panic is proud to partner with CHAMPS for Change CIC. Getting Your Head Around Anxiety is an informative 45-minute webinar where we explore anxiety and anxiety disorders.

Science based and with expert input, we discuss the following:

  • What anxiety and anxiety disorders are
  • The signs and symptoms of anxiety
  • How to manage panic attacks and support someone experiencing a panic attack
  • How best to support employees living with anxiety
  • Signposting for additional support and information

Anxiety and anxiety disorders are often seen by many as being the ‘acceptable’ end of the spectrum of mental ill health conditions.  Those living with these mental health conditions know that they can be debilitating and life-changing.

Anxiety is common and is often left undiagnosed.  In 2013 there were 8.2 million cases of anxiety in the UK.  Mixed anxiety and depression is the most common mental disorder in Britain, with 17% of people meeting the criteria for diagnosis.  Statistics show women experience anxiety more than men do and often this is because women can appear to be more comfortable talking through their issues and seeking support.

This Compact Conversation session will enable participants to learn more about and understand anxiety and anxiety disorders.  It is a conversation starter and the increased awareness will support barriers and misconceptions to be removed.

This session is for all employees.

We are proud to give 20% of our revenue fees to No Panic each time a session is booked as a charitable donation to support and sustain the charity and the amazing work they do.

CHAMPS for Change is a community interest company invested in supporting and empowering disadvantaged individuals through coaching programmes and creating a more inclusive society through raising awareness.
