No Panic Trustee

Role Description

No Panic aims to strengthen its Board of Trustees, by recruiting skilled Trustees from outside the charity. We particularly require Trustees with experience in finance and fundraising. Ideal candidates will have volunteered at board level, in charities that only employed a small number of staff, and rely mostly on volunteers.

We seek candidates who are committed, and who are prepared to step up. Candidates may be asked to fill Officer roles, or join sub-committees. Trustees who are Officers may be required to oversee the work of several teams.

The successful candidate must be good at working with a variety of people, with varying skill and knowledge levels.

The Board of Trustees meets on the last Wednesday evening of the first and third month of each quarter. In the second month, sub-committees meet.
