No Panic is looking for volunteers to join our Content Team.
As a Content Team editor, you may be required to:
- Source articles about anxiety from Content Team contributors and from outside No Panic,
- Update the blog up to once a week, by editing and publishing new content,
- Share articles published to the blog on our social media,
- Share content published on our blog to social media platforms.
You may also be required to support Content Team academics and Content Team contributors to improve their articles.
You will communicate through No Panic accounts rather than your personal account. On some platforms you may be required to use your account to access No Panic’s profile.
Requirements
Ideal applicants will have experience of editing articles for publications. Applicants need to be capable of performing all tasks in the above section. We seek applicants we can rely on to publish content on time, and to respond to emails in a timely manner. Good communication with those whose roles are more junior, and with those whose roles is more senior is essential.
You may be asked to demonstrate that you have the skills to carry out the tasks of the Content Team. You may be asked for examples of your past work. You will need to provide a reference.
This role needs to be carried out by people who have enough confidence when communicating with others. The successful applicant will communicate confidently in their interview.
A reference is required.
Support
Content Team editors are supported by the Content Team Co-ordinator. The successful applicant will be familiarised with online platforms used by the Content Team.
